My new year’s resolutions for 2018

This blog is a Christmas present to myself as a form of therapy to get over a very challenging 2017. I have spent the past few days off thinking of ideas that I can work on in the new year. The list below will be future blog topics. Let me know if you have any suggestions or inspiration.

  1. Define my goals for 2018 and beyond
  2. Pick a more specialised career and study part-time
  3. Become a morning person and keeping to stricter to a routine
  4. Better time management, which means less procrastinating and more productivity
  5. Keep email inbox organised and clutter free
  6. Dedicate more time to improving mental health and get counselling for my depression
  7. Self-care and learn to fully relax
  8. Travel more time at the seaside
  9. Take dance classes
  10. Get back into running
  11. Be more assertive, take less BS and work on building healthy relationships
  12. Reconnect with extended family
  13. Improve my Spanish and French
  14. Keep my eyes open for new opportunities and people
  15. Post regularly on this blog
